It’s tough to put into words how much of a delight it was to share this special day with Will + Marie this weekend. This couple is one of if not the most sweet and genuine couples we have ever worked with. walking through the process of planning their big day, it was such a joy to watch them combine their personalities with the usual wedding traditions.
The beautiful hand crafted bouquet Marie made herself is just the beginning! Who would have thought there was such a thing as a glowing wedding ring?! It was truly a treat and a delight to see each detail of the centerpieces, not only artfully crafted to reflect Will + Marie but selected to also relate to the relationship with those who would sit at those tables and enjoy the couple’s beautiful celebration.
I always enjoy weddings, but this wedding day I felt as much like I had been a fly on the wall of a special family celebration dripping with traditions, as I did a traditional wedding celebration.
Will + Marie – I hope that this perfectly delightful day is just a small glimpse into what the future holds for you and the wonderful circle of love you have surrounding you. I pray that you both continue to bloom and grow as people but also that you continue to glitter and splash your love for each other and life on everyone around you. I pray that EVERY day that you get to spend with each other from this special day forward will be better than the day before and feel like it could never get any better than this.
Not every day will be pleasant and not every day will be as filled with joy as this one but I pray that no matter what life brings to you, the love that is so evident between you will still make each day of joy, hurt, love, peace, pain, sorrow, gain or loss better because of the person you get to walk beside through it all.
