It is truly crazy how fast time goes. It seems like just yesterday I met Abigail for the first time as a bright, bubbly, curly-haired, giggly girl making everyone around her smile and laugh. Before long she turned into a beautiful young lady and now, what a special honor to watch as she joins hands and hearts with such a wonderful young man to start off on their own special adventure.
Time has passed but somethings never change.
Years have gone by but the same sparkle and love for life that I saw in Abigail as a little girl is the same sparkle that sprinkled love and joy through the entire wedding day.
Just as that sparkle has stayed the same, I hope and pray that the love and joy that Michael and Abigail share with each other and their sweet little Sparrow, never dies. That it stays bright and sprinkles love and joy not only on each of them, but on everyone around them as well. Not just for years to come but for generations to come.
It’s not always easy. Life gives us all some low blows, but as long as we have God and each other, nothing can take us down. As long as we keep our minds on the sparkle instead of the darkness of night, there’s nothing we can’t overcome.
